	Costco wouldn't exist if it were not for people to make and maintain it. Costco started as a small project by a player named Believe, and gradually become bigger with more people helping out. When Eldaiza took over, a small staff team was formed to maintain and build Costco. This did not last forever, and eventually a small group of active Prism players formed a group to maintain and improve Costco. These people are not necessarily staff, but it is a recognized group that has contact with the founder Believe. At the top floor of the main Costco building, you can find a list of past staff and the current upkeepers.		Costco wouldn't exist if it were not for people to make and maintain it.
