Prism Party aims to provide a fun, safe, and inclusive place for everyone to play! While we strive to make our network as polished and worry-free as possible, we understand the occasional need to report issues or seek assistance. Here are some of the ways you can reach out to us for comment!
Regardless of the method you choose, please remember to be patient! Prism Party is a network of volunteers; instant responses are not guaranteed.
Discord[edit]
For quick responses from our Staff team, you can create a ticket from within our Discord server.
- Create an account or log into Discord.
- Join our Discord server using this link: https://discord.gg/PrismParty
- Verify and link your Minecraft account with the server.
- Create a private ticket using the form in the general-support channel, or use community-help for public server inquiries.
Forums[edit]
For non-urgent inquiries about the server, Prism Party has a community-facing forums for help and support threads.
- Log in or Create an account.
- Create a new thread within our Community Help forum.
In-game[edit]
For urgent assistance while in-game, you can use the /helpop [reason] command. Please note that this command alerts all of staff, is publicly visible, and is typically reserved for emergency use. For inquiries, please wait for online staff to become available, or use another method.
Email[edit]
For confidential or important matters, you can email Prism Party's support address. This address is only monitored by the server founder and is checked on a daily basis. Remember to be as detailed as possible within your email.
Feedback form[edit]
For general feedback or concerns, Prism Party has an anonymous feedback form. Submissions to this form are visible only to Admins or higher. Due to the anonymous nature of this form, you will not receive a response or acknowledgement should you submit a response here. Submissions to this form are not checked on a regular basis; if you require urgent attention, consider contacting us through another means first.
