=== Be kind and respectful ===
Bullying, harassment, and the like is strictly prohibited. The things you say can seriously harm others, so keep the chat appropriate for all audiences and age-groups. For this reason, the following topics are banned:
* Potentially triggering topics such as rape, pedophilia, Nazism, politics and heated debate (Some non-political debate is acceptable, however keep it appropriate and composed.)
* Memes and jokes in bad taste (i.e. Any joke or meme which could be considered tasteless or offensive to a person or group. This includes “edgy” and dark humor.)
* Slurs, including ones rewritten as a joke
* Unrelated personal debate or drama (i.e. If you have an issue with a user that is unrelated to the server rules, talk to that user directly via DM or contact a staff member.)
* Berating any user on the sole basis of their gender, sexuality, or identity
* Do not share or link to photos focusing on other individuals without the permission of that person
Breaking this rule will result in an instant Mute/Kick/Ban depending on the offense. If you have any questions about a specific rule, please first message an admin/mod. Otherwise, keep it off the server.
Refer to the [https://discordapp.com/guidelines Discord Community Guidelines] for more.

=== Keep the chat appropriate ===
Above all, this is a Minecraft community server. While individual ages vary, all conversation on this server must be suitable for minors. While moderate swearing is acceptable, all channels must otherwise stay “PG-13”. This means no NSFW or 18+ content. If you’re unsure whether or not content is unacceptable, please first message an admin/mod before posting. Sharing inappropriate materials will result in an instant Kick/Ban.
Furthermore, if someone is uncomfortable with a particular topic and asks for the conversation to change, please have the courtesy to do so without argument. It's important that this community be safe and welcoming for people of all ages.

{{Rule|3 - No spam or advertisement|
=== No spam or advertisement ===
Disrupting the chat through spam is a bannable offense. “Spam” is defined as:
* Sending duplicate messages, or sending messages in rapid succession
* Repeating similar bot commands
* Excessive Emoji
* Using the DiscordSRV (<code>#survival</code>, <code>#creative</code>, and similar channels) when not engaged in a conversation, using it to bypass chat restrictions, or sending one-word messages.
* Long strings of keyspam (key spam is fine by itself, but don’t send entire message-lengths of it)
* Mass-mentioning a user or users (It’s acceptable to mention a user or mentionable-role [such <code>@BakiDance</code> or <code>@Staff</code>] a few times, but do not do so with the intent to annoy.)
* Mini-modding (moderating/enforcing the rules in place of staff)
* Advertisement or promotion outside of the dedicated <code>#promotion</code> channel.

{{Rule|4 - Keep messages in the appropriate channel|
=== Keep messages in the appropriate channel ===
While this rule is only lightly enforced, please make an effort to start conversations in the appropriate channels. However, if a conversation later shifts into one not covered by the channel it originated, it is not necessary to move channels unless instructed to do so by staff.
Please delegate bot commands to the <code>#bots</code> channel.

{{Rule|5 - Prism Party does not moderate off-server events|
=== Prism Party does not moderate off-server events ===
Prism Party does not, and will not, moderate on behalf of users outside the contexts of the Prism Party Minecraft server, Discord server, or relevant websites. While you are still encouraged to warn us if you feel a particular individual poses a threat to our community, we cannot be expected to ban, warn, or otherwise punish, people for situations that occured outside our jurisdiction. If an unsafe situation does arrise outside of our server, you are encouraged to contact the relevant authorities, be it Discord Trust and Support, or a trusted adult.
}}
{{Rule|6 - Staff have the final say on rules|
=== Staff have the final say on rules ===
Respect staff while on this server. If a staff member asks you to stop, please do so without question (even if the action in question is not covered in any server rules). If you disagree, or otherwise have any questions, please contact the staff member through Direct Message. In most cases, simply explaining the situation to staff outside of the server will assist both parties in explaining their sides. As long as you’re cordial, you cannot be punished for talking to a staff member via DMs!

{{Rule|Disclaimer|
=== Disclaimer ===
