World Downloader Instructions (Survival Server Only)

Download the latest release of the program from here: https://github.com/mircokroon/minecraft-world-downloader.

Install and open the program. Enter “play.prismparty.net” into the server address. It should look like this:

In your Minecraft 1.17.1 server list, press “Direct Connection”. Enter “localhost” into the server address. It should look like this:

Right click on the World Downloader program and press “Pause chunk saving”.

Now that the downloader is paused, press “Join Server”.

Join the survival server and teleport to the base you want to download. Once there, right click on the World Downloader program and press “Resume chunk saving”.

You will see a map inside the program. This map is to show you what is currently saved. Run around until you have all your desired chunks saved. Please keep in mind, if there are holes that are grey then it is NOT saved! Here is what mine looks like:

Please also keep in mind that you will need to get close to maps for them to save. In the case of chests, you need to open the containers once the chunk has been loaded onto the map.

When you are satisfied with your map, right click on the program and press “Save & Exit”. It should disconnect you from the server.

A folder titled “world” should now be in the same location that you ran the “world-downloader.exe” from. To load this in game, you will need to move the world folder into your Minecraft saves folder. Follow this link to learn how to get to your .minecraft folder: https://minecrafthopper.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder/
