I was banned this morning at 6:01am for "flirting with a minor" according to Dylan. He pvt messaged me and informed me that Melody was a minor. I told him that i totally forgot and thanked him for informing me and even asked how to unmarry and everything. I didn't want to get into trouble so i informed Melody of it and i was permeantly banned as well from the discord server. I would like to be unbanned and continue to play this amazing mc server. I was unaware of this rule as i have bad eye sight and did not see most of the rules clearly till i can go to the eye doctor to get my eyes checked and get glasses. if i cannot be unbanned, i do understand and wish you all the best mc server moving forward. I do appologize and greatly appreciate everything you have done. Again, I am very sorry.

Hi.

The problem with marrying a minor has less to do with our rules and more common decency. According to your Discord bio, you are 46 years old. The user in question said they were under the age of 18 and yet you continued to get closer and closer to them. Not helping matters were your earlier messages on the server, such as the ones indicating you wanted "help finding a husband to cuddle with every day." I'm also going to be blunt: we have your private messages with them. Marrying said minor was merely the final step that sealed your tomb.

Your eyesight is not an excuse as it clearly did not impede your ability to read and interact in the busy server chat. According to our logs, you sent over 700 messages while on the server, so your claim that you were unable to properly read the rules is a little suspicious. Even if you couldn't, it's common decency for an adult to avoid such intimate contact with a minor, especially when the adult is over twice their age.

Staff are all in agreement: you will not be unbanned. Appeal denied.
