god i hope im writing this in the right place

Username: currently it's: dwefer
What was your punishment: [ban/mute] I was banned on both the Discord, and the Minecraft server
Where did this take place: [discord, website, minecraft] discord, and I think on Minecraft too but I can't exactly remember
Why were you punished: Making an unsafe environment for players/Harassment of players and/or staff, (specifically making what should have been a private argument, a public one, which I fully understand now was not the best course of action, and I shouldn't have gotten so worked up about ab*se. Who were you punished by: I believe it was Bakidance Why do you deserve to be unbanned/unmuted: I got into an argument with the Mods because I felt they were disregarding what I was saying, and not properly paying attention to what was actually wrong, plus I have been playing on the server nearly a year and I have made some great friends on there. I would hate to leave because of something this bad. Also, I would like to note, in my eyes, that it is unfair that I got the same punishment as the person who harassed me for months on your server. I can promise, with 100% certainty, that if you let me back on your server, this would never happen again.

Hi, after some discussion we have decided to deny your appeal.

While we're glad you recognize some of what you did to be wrong, we have no belief that you will genuinely change your ways of communicating with us and other players. You have insulted us directly during our discussions, caused us to talk in circles about an issue we had no jurisdiction in, and have made our staff team unnecessarily uncomfortable with the intent to hurt us emotionally. It is clear to us that we initially made the correct decision when your first response after being banned was to direct message one of our owners and proceed to suicide bait him in a clear attempt to hurt him emotionally even while he was still trying to help you by sending you support resources. Even if you believe you are a victim in a personal situation, that does not and will never give you the right to go to the lengths you have to enact revenge on them.

Prior to this entire situation, last year in around March to April, you also exhibited some behaviors that we do not allow here such as bringing personal arguments into public chat and discussing them through the SRV channel. This made our players uncomfortable in the moment and while we didn't address it at the time, we often overlook people's first offenses. However, you have repeated this offense recently by spamming our server with private details of a minor's personal life for the sole purpose of harassing them and choosing to trigger multiple of our players with a sensitive topic that we do not allow in public chat for its triggering reason.

Throughout this entire discussion you made no attempt to talk about this with us peacefully. You have been combative, unreasonably impatient, and harmful to our players and to our staff team. You have created an uncomfortable situation for this server as a whole that we will not overlook.
