For transparency, Prism Party maintains a log of all changes to its network. This log can be accessed from this page, and from within the Prism Party Discord. While updates are automatically announced within the Discord server, this page is not automatically updated and may periodically be out of date. You can help keep this list relevant by editing this page.

Alert	Jun. 21	Some legacy subscriptions from the deprecated web store will expire tonight. If you have an ongoing subscription for Prism or Iridium from the legacy shop, and have lost your rank, please create a ticket for immediate assistance. If you still have a recurring rank from the legacy shop, please create a ticket for instructions on how to move to the new system. All other ranks are unaffected.
Alert	Jun. 16	Inactive or out-of-stock /market shops will be cleared today after 9pm. Please ensure that your shops are well-stocked, up-to-date, and that you have logged in recently if you wish to keep your shop.
Fix	Jun. 15	Prism's custom music now properly respects the Jukebox/Note Blocks sound slider. If the music is too loud, you can now adjust it through this slider without muting the audio entirely.
Addition	Jun. 14	The Peridot tag has been updated with a new, darker, color scheme.
Fix	Jun. 14	The tag system has been adjusted to only apply to the Survival server. In all other servers, your tag will revert to its default rank appearance.
Removal	Jun. 10	Prism Party's class pet, Turtle, has died.
Addition	Jun. 8	Prism Party has a new mini-game channel where you can work together with the community to grow a tree! Check out ⁠┊・grow-a-tree for more information and to play!
Alert	Jun. 8	In regards to the previous update, Prism Party now supports Bedrock players on 1.20 and has re-enabled support for cross-server chat.
Alert	Jun. 7	Prism Party has been updated to support Java 1.20 clients. This is NOT a content update; Prism Party still runs 1.19.4 behind-the-scenes. Bedrock clients will be unable to connect until the compatibility layer is updated. Cross-server chat has been temporarily disabled.
Alert	Jun. 2	Rainbow Quartz is now automatically given to Pebbles who use the Prism Crate at /warp Crates. Please note, that if you have a custom /tag applied, you will NOT be given Rainbow Quartz as a Pebble rank.
Alert	Jun. 2	Rainbow Quartz rank was removed due to misuse. All players who had previously attained the rank have been reset to their previous rank.
Addition	Jun. 1	Pyrite has replaced the Opalite tag in /tags. Opalite will be re-added to the tags menu for the next event. If you already have Opalite applied as your active tag, it will not change. Current owners of Opalite will have Pyrite unlocked automatically. When Opalite is re-added, existing owners will not have to repurchase the tag in order to use it.
Addition	May. 31	Chat /tags now display the player's actual rank on mouse hover, and are now better differentiated from ranks. We may soon change the Network behavior of tags. As they operate currently, tags apply to chat across the whole network. Tags may soon change to apply only to the server they were unlocked on, with your actual rank displaying on all other connected servers.
Addition	May. 26	The Events server now displays an updated list of statistics, similar to Survival.
Fix	May. 21	The cross-server Goodiebags now work as expected, and can be accessed from both servers via /guide.
Addition	May. 26	Cross-server chat has been added to all servers on Prism Party. Players from other servers will be able to see any public messages you send. Messages sent from other servers are denoted with a capital letter prefix standing for the name of the server. Private messaging has also updated to include cross-server support.
Fix	May. 21	Warp portals now work for Bedrock players.
Alert	May. 19	A previous change has erroneously added Backpack items as a craftable output. Do not use the new backpack items as storage; your items WILL be erased. This alert does not pertain to the existing /backpack inventory accessed through the Guide. Items stored in the existing backpack storage feature are unaffected.
Addition	May. 18	A new menu for controlling server resource packs has been added to the top-right corner of /guide.
Alert	May. 4	Prism Party now supports the latest Bedrock release. Bedrock: 1.19.40/1.19.41 - 1.19.80/1.19.81
Alert	Apr. 30	The domain transfer went perfectly! You can now access the new Prism Party website at https://www.prismparty.net/
Alert	Apr. 30	As announced previously, Prism Party is migrating to an independent web-host today. As of this announcement, you will likely receive a warning from your browser if you attempt to visit the old www.prismparty.net website. This is only temporary! Prism Party is not shutting down or experiencing connectivity issues, otherwise. Access to other areas of the prismparty.net domain may be temporarily impacted (eg. bans.prismparty.net, worldmap.prismparty.net). Access to these services will be restored soon, if lost. If you are unable to connect to the Minecraft server, please use the fallback address to connect: cubey.rocks
Addition	Apr. 27	Prism rank now has access to /itf toggle glow [color]
Alert	Apr. 26	The current Prism Party webstore has been deprecated and will shut down on April 30th. For future purchases, please use the new webstore.
Fix	Apr. 26	Editable Signs has been updated, and should be fixed after the nightly restart.
Alert	Apr. 21	Prism Party has been fully updated to 1.19.4, and now supports the latest Bedrock version!
Alert	Mar. 17	Prism Party now supports the latest release on both Java and Bedrock.
Removal	Mar. 1	New Candy Hearts are no longer accessible through voting. Please use all of your keys before the end of the week!
Addition	Feb. 25	Added 8 new emoji to the Discord.
Removal	Feb. 25	Removed player access to /speed. [Donor poll result]
Fix	Feb. 25	Bedrock players can now join on the latest update. Custom skull texture support has been re-implemented for Bedrock.
Removal	Feb. 21	Custom skull textures are no longer supported for Bedrock players.
Addition	Feb. 21	Backpack auto-collection has been re-added to the Prism rank. A setting to control this behavior has been added to /settings
Addition	Feb. 14	Bonemeal flowers has been restored. Wood and Loamy bundles have been fixed. Added Shadow Ameliorate.
Alert	Feb. 10	The Bedrock compatibility layer has been updated. Bedrock clients can now play on Prism again under the latest update.
Alert	Feb. 8	If you've obtained any Wood/Loamy Bundles from the Valentine's crate, immediately dispose of the item (preferably through incineration). The item is bugged, and has the potential to corrupt your inventory. Do not attempt to add/remove items from these bundles: Destroy them immediately. The corrupted bundles have already been removed from the crate and will be replaced with a fixed version shortly.
Fix	Feb. 27	Disguises should now work again on Survival.
Addition	Feb. 5	Added a new user-selectable role for those interested in editing the new Prism Party website. This role will grant you access to related channels. [Roles → Extras]
Alert	Feb. 3	Unfortunately, some players have used an exploit to get access to the Valentine's Day crate early. As a result, the command to open crates has been temporarily removed. This means that until Valentine's Day, Bedrock players will be unable to open crates. Java players can still use the crates at spawn. Prizes gained through the use of this exploit are being reclaimed. Refunds for spent keys will not be provided.
Addition	Jan. 29	Added 'Mangrove wood' to the Lumberjack job.
Addition	Jan. 19	Added Essence Bundle Keys which can be obtained from the Paragon crate. This suggestion was from Ladranaa.
Addition	Jan. 19	Housing Deeds have been added to the Paragon crate. Housing Deeds can be traded to Staff to grant a player build access to any house at /spawn. There are a few rules for home ownership: Entities and tile entities are not allowed in excess as this may cause lag for other players. You may decorate the outside of your house, but you may not modify it too extensively (similar rules to shops). You may invite others to build with you, but you must contact staff for this. Some houses may be split across different floors in the same building. Be mindful of your neighbors above/below you! Once you get a house, you cannot move to another house in spawn. You can sell a house to another player, but you must contact staff to transfer it. If you go inactive for three or more months, your house will be reset and made available for others to claim. Staff have final jurisdiction over all Spawn housing decisions.
Addition	Jan. 15	Age range has been added as a /bio option.
Addition	Jan. 15	/bio has been re-added! In line with our previous announcement, a replacement for the previous /bio command has been implemented! The new command will allow you to select your pronouns, gender, and orientation from a menu to display in chat—just like before—but your bio selections in-game will now also sync with your Discord profiles, if linked. We will continue to add more options to the new system as time goes on (as well as the ability to select multiple pronouns), so if you have any suggestions: let us know! In the meantime, be sure to re-apply your bio as the old settings have not been retained. Thank you for your continued patience.
Removal	Jan. 15	Hey, everyone! Unfortunately, we've had some irreconcilable issues with the /bio and Shop plugins, resulting in their immediate removal. We're currently testing replacements, but these features will be missing until a replacement is tested and added. Market taxes have been suspended until this is resolved. If you have ideas for replacement plugins, please open a suggestions ticket in #general-support Do note that we already have plugins we are looking at, but we aren't opposed to changing our minds if a good enough candidate is suggested. Thank you for being patient with us as we transition to a new system.
Alert	Jan. 8	The Power Level requirement for /level 15 has been reduced to 375.
Addition	Jan. 5	Added /dc as an alias for Donor Chat. Lowered player sleep requirement to 35%. /stonecutter, /smithingtable, /loom, etc... now exist as commands for level 20+.
Fix	Jan. 5	Fixed a bug which sometimes caused /tags to charge you twice for a tag. Ruby tag now works again in Survival. Dying while in 1.19.3 no longer causes the server to send duplicated join/leave messages.
Removal	Jan. 5	The Rift has been removed! A world download will be made available later.
Alert	Jan. 4	Today is the final day the Rift will be available to players. Any items (chests and shulkers included) not removed will be lost forever after tonight! An announcement will be made later containing the winners of both contests and a download for the world.
