Season 3 was a major [[Survival]] update released on July 5, 2024. This was the first season to introduce fully custom terrain generation to the [[Survival/Overworld|Overworld]] and a persistent spawn world, [[Survival/Spawn|Spawnia]]. Though initially planned to include it, this was the first season to lack the [[Survival/Unstable Rift|Unstable Rift]] since it was introduced in [[Survival/Season 2|Season 2]]. Instead, a vanilla-generated resource world was included.

Season 3

Season 3 was a major Survival update released on July 5, 2024. This was the first season to introduce fully custom terrain generation to the Overworld and a persistent spawn world, Spawnia. Though initially planned to include it, this was the first season to lack the Unstable Rift since it was introduced in Season 2. Instead, a vanilla-generated resource world was included.

Season 3 spanned Minecraft versions 1.20.4 through 1.21.5.

Worlds[edit]

Spawnia NEW

Technically the first world players have access to, Spawnia is a protected world containing Spawn and all its associated regions. Spawnia is the only world that persists between seasons.

Overworld

The main playable world on Survival and the first where players are teleported to after completing the Tutorial. The Overworld features custom terrain generation and is the largest habitable dimension.

The Nether

The Nether is a hell-like dimension accessible after building a Nether portal. The Nether uses standard Vanilla terrain generation, with the exception that dimensional scaling is disabled.

The End

The End is a barren wasteland characterized by floating islands and End Cities. The End features custom generation, adding new biomes and structures to its roster and can be accessed after completing an End portal.

Resource World NEW

The Resource World is a vanilla-generated world that is intermittently reset every few months to aid players in resource gathering. Contrast to the Unstable Rift, this world is not intended to pose any gameplay challege, making it suitable for players looking to peacefully gather resources at a reduced rate.
